• Kent has been the prime mover of youth golf in the state of Virginia for almost 20 years; his work has shaped the environment that every junior tournament golfer has used as their springboard to college golf or just their lifelong enjoyment of the game

• Assistant Director, Championships & Golf Operations for the Virginia State Golf Association (VSGA)

• Junior Golf Manager for the VSGA

• He contributes to the assessment and awarding of the VSGA college scholarships

• Key driver of the VSGA partnership with Youth on Course, and a significant fundraiser for this organization (annual participant in the 100 holes in a day fundraiser)
